Jessica Kirk, ES 2017, was recently awarded the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Joint Meritorious Civilian Service Award (JMCSA), the second highest-ranking CJCS civilian service award under the approval authority of the Chairman. The JMCSA is granted to Federal Government civilian employees recognized by CJCS as having provided exceptionally meritorious service of major significance to the Department of Defense.
